Warranty Policy

The Company warrants the tires it sells of the brands Yokohama, Hankook and Toyo against any manufacturing defect for two years or 40,000 km from the date of fitting, whichever comes first.

The Company also warrants the tires it sells of the brands Apollo, Neotera, Accelera and Forceum against any manufacturing defect for one year or 20,000 km from the date of fitting, whichever comes first.

And the Company warrants the tires it sells of the brand Keter against any manufacturing defect for six months or 10,000 km from the date of fitting, whichever comes first.

Provided that the tires are purchased and fitted at one of the Company's centers and the purchase invoice is presented when the compensation claim is submitted, whereupon the Company's specialist team inspects any damaged tire returned and submits a report determining whether or not the defect is a manufacturing defect, and that within a period of five (5) working days from the date the claim is submitted.

And in the event of a manufacturing defect, the Company compensates the value of the tire after deducting the depreciation rate, whereby the value of the compensation is recorded as a credit in the buyer's favour that may be used to purchase a replacement tire.

The Company warrants the tires it sells of the brands Yokohama, Toyo and Apollo against any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of fitting

The Company also warrants the tires it sells of the brand Accelus against any manufacturing defect for six months from the date of fitting

And the Company warrants the tires it sells of the brand Keter against any manufacturing defect for three months from the date of fitting

The Company warrants the batteries it sells of the brands ACDelco and Hankook, a full replacement warranty on one occasion only, against any manufacturing defect and for a period of one year from the date of fitting at one of the Company's centers, provided that the purchase invoice is presented when the compensation claim is submitted, whereupon the Company's specialist team inspects any damaged battery returned and submits a report determining whether or not the defect is a manufacturing defect and that within a period of one working day from the date the claim is submitted.

The Company warrants the batteries that are fitted to generators and forklifts for a period of three months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the full replacement of the battery in the event of a manufacturing defect during this period, provided that the battery is used correctly in accordance with the instructions approved by the Company, noting that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation or mechanical problems.

The warranty does not cover batteries sold for the purpose of fitting them to inverters, and likewise it does not cover vehicles that contain additions on the terminals, for example and not limited to a gas system, lighting enhancement, an alarm siren or any other additions.

And for vehicles equipped with an automatic stop and start system it is required to use a battery of the types (AGM or EFB) only, and in the event the customer insists on using a different type of battery, the warranty period is reduced to three months given the battery's incompatibility with the requirements of the system.
